Struggling artist Payne Showers dies. Fortunately, Payne's death inflates the value of his work. Unfortunately, his estranged wife, Maggie, must sell it all to avoid bankruptcy. As she hosts a private showing of her deceased husband’s artwork at her country home, a winter storm breaks and threatens to keep the entire party housebound. Then . . .
